YouGov Review 2024: Legit or Scam (with payment proof)

YouGov is an online market research platform that conducts online polls on politics, public affairs, products, brands, and other similar topics of general interest. They have a huge community of over 5 million people with 800,000 only in the United Kingdom.

It is free to join for anyone over the age of 16 years. They teamed up with a large group of clients, so as to get genuine reviews for their products & to predict the user intent.

They pay 50 to 250 points for completing each survey & you can redeem (₹3,600) via Paytm once you reach 5000 points. You can get up to 25 points for profiling surveys and from 50 to 250 points for regular surveys.

On average, they send 2 to 3 surveys every week into your mailbox. All you have to do is to sign up for YouGov & turn on email notification. It may take more than 5 to 6 months or even less than 2 to 3 weeks based on the number of referrals you have to make 5000 points with YouGov.

The best thing about YouGov is that their surveys are interesting & there are zero chances of disapproval.

My Experience: YouGov Review

I have joined YouGov in late 2018 when one of my friends referred it to me. At that time, I thought that YouGov is just like other scammy sites that don’t pay even after completing the surveys. This is so because I have tried many survey sites & found that most of them seem to disqualify me for their polls.

After I sign up for YouGov, I have completed my first profiling survey which helps me get 50 points into my account. But when I saw the minimum balance that I needed to withdraw, I was shocked. (5000 points)

I have decided to leave YouGov. This is so because even after 2 days, I hardly get any survey!

After 2 days, I got an email saying “You have a new survey from YouGov!

YouGov

I just don’t want to complete the survey, but also wanted to give it a try. Finally, I decided to give it a try (I just want to know whether I qualify for the same or not).

Whoa! I got qualified for the survey & got 150 points after completion.

It helped me in building my confidence & made me believe that this site is genuine. In the same week, I got one more survey for 100 points. My total score is now 300 points.

Since I don’t know much about the referral system, I continued to complete surveys as often as they arrive. I have made over 3,700 points just by completing surveys, but it takes me over 5 months (April 2019)

In May 2019, I got only one or two surveys which made me quite disappointed & I thought all my time & energy got wasted. I have only 4,100 points in my account till June 2019.

One day, I opened the YouGov panel so as to contact their support team, but accidentally found their referral program (I have found it earlier too but don’t believe it at that time). I shared my referral link with friends on Whatsapp & Facebook &…..

Now! I have over 5,700 points after 2 weeks without completing any survey.

This is how I have made my first 5,000+ points from YouGov.

Finally, I have withdrawn my points for Paytm Cash (equivalent to ₹3,600). They have mailed me an email saying, “it might take up to 30 days for you to receive cash into your Paytm wallet.

I was wondering whether they will send me the money or not. I have got two more surveys after withdrawing my points, but I have completed none of them.

Even after 14 days, I don’t get a single penny on my Paytm wallet.

Finally, I got my money on the 15th day.

This is how I get my first 3,600 ₹ from Paytm. I have also withdrawn my other 5,000 points in the next 7 days. Want to know how? Read below.

How I made my next 5,000 points in the next 7 days?

It’s true that it takes more than 5 months for me to withdraw my first payment from YouGov. But the most surprising thing is I earned more than 5000 points (nearly 5, 710 points) in just 7 days of withdrawing from my previous earnings.

Now the question is how do I do that?

Referrals!

Yes, referrals help me get a lot of points.  YouGov pays 200 points for each successful referral (after they completed the first 5 surveys).

So the next question is how do I get so many referrals?

And the answer is simple; I have the payment proof!

Showing the Payment proof to my friends on Facebook & Whatsapp, I have acquired a number of referrals that help me get up to 5000 points every week.

A note to readers 🙂

I know it’s hard to make a number of referrals, so I’ve provided my payment proof above. You can show my payment proof to your friends & make awesome money. You can also appreciate my efforts by sharing this post with your friends.

Final Words

I am using YouGov for the last 6 to 7 months & withdrawn up to ₹ 7,200 from it. It takes me more than 5 months to get my first earning from YouGov while I got my second payment just after the 7th day of my first withdrawal.

This can be done only because of the strategies that I have shared in this article.
