Okay, let’s move to our list of best online e-learning websites.
5 Best Websites to Learn Online Courses
The websites that I am gonna share with you are tested well enough by me. I’ll share three important things about each of the five websites i.e. the website, pricing structure & the category of courses that are available on each of them. Also at the end of this post, I will also share some sites that can teach you for free.
1. Udemy
Udemy is the world’s largest platform that provides both free and paid online courses. According to Wikipedia, they have over 30 million students & 50,000 instructors worldwide that are learning/teaching online in 60 languages. It was founded by Gagan Biyani, Eren Bali & Oktay Caglar in the year 2010.

It is an online courses marketplace where you can learn anything that you ever thought about. In India, Udemy courses start from an initial cost of Rs. 700. If you’re from any other country, you can purchase online courses as low as 12 USD and as high as 500 USD.
I personally have purchased over 16 courses on WordPress Design, Blogging & Digital Marketing from Udemy & my overall experience was pretty awesome.
Some of the most popular categories on Udemy are Web Development, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Graphic Design & Digital marketing.
Udemy also offers free courses. We will create a post on free Udemy Courses soon.
2. Coursera
Coursera is another top e-learning website founded by the professors of Stanford University, Andrew Ng & Daphne Koller. The thing that differentiates Coursera from other similar websites is the quality of courses they provide.

The founders of Coursera tied up with top universities in the US & UK to form high-quality courses. They have over 30 million registered users & over 3,600 courses.
Some of the major subjects that instructors teach on Coursera include Engineering, Humanities, Biology, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing & Data Science.
In Coursera, you can learn everything for free. However, you need to pay a few bucks in order to get digital certificates.
3. SkillShare
Similar to the above two websites, SkillShare is a US-based e-learning community providing hundreds of online courses.

The best thing about Skillshare is that here you don’t need to pay for individual courses, rather they charge a monthly subscription fee. Thus, you are free to learn as many courses in that particular month. They also offer a one-month free trial which is quite awesome.
Skillshare monthly plan starts from 12 $ per month which includes unlimited access, no ads & teacher support. However, it will cost you around 8 $ per month if you buy it annually.
The main courses include Creative Design, Entrepreneurship, Development, Technology & Lifestyle.
4. Unacademy
Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform that was founded by Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini & Hemesh Singh in the year 2015.

What I liked about Unacademy is that you can find plenty of courses based on a single topic. More than 15,000 teachers are teaching on Unacademy which generates over 150 million page views per month.
It comes with free and plus plans. The free plan includes all the free video courses with fewer categories. Of course, you will get valuable content from highly educated faculties in the Plus plan.
They basically provide courses for preparation for various competitive exams including UPSC. IIT, NEET & AIMS, SSC, CAT, NTA, Railway, Gate, etc.
5. Eduonix
Last but not least, Eduonix is an amazing website with more than 1 million students and over 200 online courses. This website is almost similar to Udemy, where different prices are quoted for different courses by the instructors.

I personally have purchased a complete web development course from Eduonix & my overall experience is great. The course comes with over 300+ lectures with practical examples.
They cover categories including Software Development, Marketing, Office Productivity, Business, Academics, Designs, etc.
